Gluten Ring Dryer
The whole system of MK gluten ring dryer is drying by circular method which means the dry powder can be recycled and screened. The unqualified materials are recycled and dried. The system requires that the exhaust gas temperature should not exceed 55-65 ℃, and the dryingtemperature is 140-160 ℃.
The three-effect evaporation crystallizer is mainly composed of three groups of evaporators, condensers, solid-liquid separators and auxiliary equipment in series. Three groups of evaporators operate in series to form a three-effect evaporation crystallizer. The whole evaporation system adopts the production mode of continuous feeding and continuous discharging.

Solid-liquid separation of fermentation broth using microfiltration or ultrafiltration to remove macromolecules such as mycelia, proteins, viruses, pyrogens, etc., while small metabolites (including target products), salts and water are 100% permeated through microfiltration or ultrafiltration membranes. Secondary ultrafiltration of the first permeating fluid is carried out if necessary. Ultrafiltration technology can filter through to improve yield.
