Nature

It is a white to off white powder, odorless and tasteless. 

Has good thickening, stability, and emulsifying properties. Can maintain good performance under different environmental conditions, such as different temperatures, pH values, etc. 

Compared with ordinary starch, its gelatinization temperature is lower, the transparency of the paste is higher, and the freeze-thaw stability is also better.

Application

Food industry: widely used in food processing, such as in dairy products, to increase product consistency and stability, and improve taste; In baked goods, it can improve the toughness and extensibility of the dough, making the baked product softer and more delicious, and also extend the shelf life of the food; In meat products, it helps to maintain moisture, improve product yield, and make the meat more tender and juicy.
