Dextrose anhydrous(DAH)is a new generation product of dextrose monohydrate(DMH). Compared with DMH, DAH is featured by heat-free reaction, low impurity content,and high degree of purity.
In the pharmaceutical industry, the glucose injection and glucose sodium chloride injection made of DAH can be used to supplement energy when eating is reduced or unable to eat for some reason. It has good medical effect on hypoemia, starvation ketosis and water loss.
The production of DAH is mainly by dual enzyme method. With starch milk as raw material, after liquefaction, saccharification, slagging-off, decolorization, ion exchange, evaporation, crystallization, separation and other relative refining treatment, DHM is obtained. Finally DAH is obtained after the process of dextrose dissolution, decolorization, dextrose boiling, separation, drying and packaging.
Because no crystal water in the dextrose anhydrous(DAH), it greatly reduces the introduction of impurities and microorganisms.In the production of DAH,the product drying is a critical process.After crystallization and separation of dextrose anhydrous, the water content is around 2%, the efficiency of drying equipment have a direct effect on the efficiency of the whole production line and the quality of the final product, and the performance of the drying equipment is the key factor that guarantees the product quality and saves energy. At present, the drying equipment for dextrose anhydrous is mainly fluid bed dryer, which is featured by small maintenance workload, low fault rate, simple maintenance and reliable operation etc. However, the back mixing fluid bed operation is difficult to control,the boiling effect is not too good,and the output capacity of per-unit area is low, which is not good for large-scale production, and the unit consumption is high.
During drying process,when ensuring the cleanliness of drying air supply,in order to remove a small amount of water more efficiently, how to save energy while ensuring the drying effect? In the process of production quality tracking, it is also found that after the storage of final anhydrous glucose product, the material temperature rises, which is extremely bad for storage, and is also a problem troubling the current manufacturers.
Generally the enterprises of dextrose anhydrous adopt one-stage fluid bed system, and the dried air is discharged directly into the atmosphere through cyclone separator. The dried air temperature is very high,lots of glucose powder is in the air,still lots of glucose powder left in the air after passing through the cyclone separator and discharged into the atmosphere, which cause severe environmental pollution. At the same time, the loss of a large amount of glucose powder brings down the yield of final product,and cause a serious waste, which is to the disadvantage of production.
